Who answers
BenchCalcs is built and maintained by Andromeda Kinship. The person who reads your email is the same person who writes the calculator code and checks it against published references, so questions about a specific formula, threshold, or data source go straight to the source.
Email [email protected] for anything: corrections, data-licensing questions, feedback, or a calculator you wish existed.
If you find a math error
Math-error reports get top priority. Email [email protected] with the calculator, the inputs, your expected output, and the reference you used. The fix usually ships the same week. A report with all four pieces can typically be verified and corrected in one pass; a report that just says "the number looks wrong" takes a round-trip or two.
Response time
This is a small operation, not a support department. You will normally hear back within a week, and math-error reports are usually answered sooner. There is no phone line and no contact form — plain email keeps the site static, fast, and free of data collection.
Money and data questions
How the site earns money — display advertising and affiliate links — is documented in full on the disclosure page. What data the site does and does not collect is covered in the privacy policy. If either page leaves your question unanswered, email and we will answer it directly, then update the page so the next person does not have to ask.
